Mr. Kwadwo
Owusu was born on 21st September 1949 and obtained his O’levels
from Accra Academy and A’levels from St Augustine College. He
obtained a degree in BA (Hon) Geography from University of
Ghana in 1974.
He joined the then Central Revenue Department in September
1977 as Assistant Inspector of Tax. He rose through the ranks
and was promoted Deputy Commissioner of RPM in September
2006. |

AGYENIM BOATENG - DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, FINANCE |

Barima had his primary and secondary
education all in the Ashanti Region and proceeded to the
Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) Legon, Accra for
a professional course in accounting. He qualified as a
Chartered Accountant in 2000 and was elected a Council
Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana
in 2006. Barima has 30years extensive and varied working
experience.
He joined the IRS as Deputy Commissioner,
Finance, on 1st September 2006. He is the current Chairman
of the Finance Committee of the Madina Emmanuel Presbyterian
Church, Accra.

JOHN EUDES KUUTERA
SOTENGA - DEPUTY COMMSSIONER, OPERATIONS. |

Mr. John Eudes Kuutera Sotenga is the Deputy Commissioner,
Operations. He had his O'Level and A' Level Education at
Wa and Elmina respectively. He gained admission to the University
of Ghana in 1974 and came out three years later with combined
Honours Degree.
Mr. Sotenga joined the then Central Revenue
Department in September 1978 and served in several capacities
including Director, Large Taxpayers' Unit. He has attended
several professional courses and seminars in taxation.
He was appointed the Deputy Commissioner
Operations in September 2006.

K. E. ENYIMAYEW - DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, ADMINISTRATION |

Mr. Kobina Ebow Enyimayew was appointed
Deputy Commissioner, Administration on lst April, 2003.
Before joining Internal Revenue
Service, he served in management positions at the Ghana
Standards Board and Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company.

| MR D. T. ACQUAYE - DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, HEAD OF NATIONAL TAX AUDIT BUREAU (NTAB) |

Mr. D. T. Acquaye was educated at the School of Administration, University of Ghana from 1972 to 1975. He obtained a BSc. (Admin) Degree (Accounting Major).
He joined the Internal Revenue Service where he served in various capacities, including Head of Tax Audit Division and the Finance and Administration Department.
he is currently the Head of National Tax Audit Bureau (NTAB) under the Revenue Board of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning. |
